Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unopened, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required.

Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns

A return and refund can only be processed if all of the following conditions are met:

• The original packaging is included.

• The watch has not been worn and shows no signs of damage or scratches.

• The item was purchased no more than 14 days ago.

• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds Cannot Be Accepted If:

• The original packaging is missing.

• Accessories or accompanying items are missing.

• The product is a gift voucher, including physical gift cards or electronic gift vouchers.

• The watch shows signs of wear, damage, scratches, dents, or other indications of use.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
