These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by D. Brunati through the website brunati-uhren.ch. Any differing or additional terms proposed by the customer shall only be valid if expressly agreed to in writing by the provider.

3. Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the respective offer or order confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
Customers may pay in advance via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or TWINT.
5. Cancellation and Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement.
After receiving the watch, customers are entitled to a 7-day right of withdrawal and return period, provided the product is returned in accordance with our return policy.

The provider treats all personal customer data confidentially and will not disclose such information to third parties unless required for the fulfilment of the order or by applicable law.

We offer free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Once payment has been received, your watch will be carefully packaged and shipped via insured registered A-Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Warranty Information
Our Policies
With the purchase of your BRUNATI timepiece, you receive the assurance of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Every BRUNATI watch is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear, including scratches on the crystal or case and natural strap wear.
